Issues in the Regulation of Genetically Engineered Plants and Animals
The study from the Pew Initiative on Food and Biotechnology looks at the issues being debated in state legislature regarding genetically modified foods. A decrease was found in the number of bills intended to increase penalties for intentional crop destruction, while there was an increased number of bills intended to boost economic development through use of biotechnology.
