Assessing the Relative Performance of U.K. University Technology Transfer Offices: Parametric and Non-Parametric Evidence
The authors present evidence on the relative efficiency of United Kingdom (UK) university technology transfer offices (TTOs) using data envelopment analysis and stochastic frontier estimation. Findings indicate that U.K. TTOs exhibit low levels of absolute efficiency.
